1. Orders & Payment
   All prices are listed in USD, and payments are processed securely through Stripe. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered orders due to incorrect information.
2. Shipping
   Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days from San Juan, Puerto Rico. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Shipping times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside the control of Geekhive Labs. While every effort is made to ensure safe delivery, Geekhive Labs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. However, we are happy to assist customers in resolving shipping or insurance issues whenever possible.
3. Returns & Refunds
   All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Exchanges are not offered unless an item arrives damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact Edwin@geekhivelabs.com within 2 days of delivery and include clear photos of:
   • the unopened package
   • shipping label
   • damaged contents
4. Insurance claims require cooperation from both the customer and Geekhive Labs. Please retain all original packaging materials until the claim process is complete. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon. We value respectful, open communication and believe that together we can resolve any issues smoothly. Please reach out with any concerns, and we’ll work with you to find a fair solution.
5. Product Use
   Geekhive Labs is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from the use of our products. Please handle all items with care.
6. Product Variation Disclaimer
   Due to differences in screen settings, photography, printing processes, and the handmade nature of certain products, colors and minor details may vary slightly from what appears online.
7. Intellectual Property
   All artwork, illustrations, designs, logos, branding elements, photographs, graphics, and written content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Geekhive Labs unless otherwise stated. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, resold, republished, or used commercially without prior written permission.
8. Privacy
   Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information regarding how customer data, cookies, newsletter subscriptions, and personal information are collected, used, and protected.
9. Website Use
   Users may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site functionality, or use automated systems to extract content or data without written permission.

Package Insurance

Domestic packages above $30 and all international packages are automatically insured to help protect orders in the event of loss or damage during transit.

If you have any questions, do feel free to reach out. I am more than happy to help. Insurance claims are subject to carrier and insurance provider approval and cannot be guaranteed. However, we will work together to do everything reasonably possible to assist in the claims process.

Pay special attention to the following coverage exclusions and conditions:

• All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of, released to the shipping carrier, or returned to the seller before a claim is completed. Failure to comply will result in the denial of the claim.
• During the claims process, a claim statement/affidavit signed by the recipient (or intended recipient) will be required. This is a form document provided by Shipsurance that allows the recipient (or intended recipient) to indicate loss or damage.
