1. Orders & Payment
   All prices are listed in USD, and payments are processed securely through Stripe. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered orders due to incorrect information.
2. Shipping
   Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Geekhive Labs, LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or any customs fees for international orders.
3. Returns & Refunds
   All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges unless the item is damaged during transit. For damaged items, please contact us no more than 2 days after delivery and provide photos of the package unopened in the state you received it as well as photos of the project in the state they were received as proof. We will create an insurance claim together. We value respectful and open communication and believe that together, we can resolve any issues smoothly. Please reach out with any concerns, and we will work with you to find a fair solution.
4. Product Use
   Geekhive Labs, LLC is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from the use of our products. Please handle all items with care.
5. Intellectual Property
   All designs and artwork are the intellectual property of Geekhive Labs, LLC and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without permission.
6. Privacy
   We only collect personal information when you voluntarily sign up for our newsletter. Payment details are handled securely by Stripe, and we do not have access to sensitive information.
