Order Cancellations & Returns
All Sales Are Final: Refunds are not available. We do not offer exchanges unless the item is damaged during transit. For damaged items, please contact us no more than 2 days after delivery and provide photos of the package unopened in the state you received it as well as photos of the project in the state they were received as proof. We will create an insurance claim together.
